Sales Disclaimer: Each rabbit comes with a bag of food. A pedigree and care guide will be supplied if requested.

Rabbits are not toys or accessories. They are living creatures that require very basic care. Health is guaranteed for 1 week against illness but NOT carelessness or injury. Any undefined illness must be confirmed by a vet and documented. Note that loud children, pets or other noises may startle any rabbit and cause injury or death. It is your responsibility to provide a safe and secure home for your rabbit.

I reserve the right to refuse sale of any animal to any person at any point, no matter the reason. If I cancel a sale, all deposits will be refunded.

Rabbits may be held for a pre-agreed amount of time with a 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit. Sales are first come, first served unless a deposit for a specific animal has been made.

I run a CLOSED rabbitry. I no longer meet people purchasing pets at my home due to a previous incident. We will meet nearby in a parking lot at a specific time.
