So for the last year and large part of 2013 I wasn’t as focused about the bunnies are far as showing went (breeding too, many are having issues getting pregnant now thanks to that time off.)
Anyway, I’m back to enjoying them again. Maybe it’s because I get a minute out of the house and away from my ever demanding son. They are becoming good therapy and I’m having fun enjoying them again.
I have been conditioning the few juniors 2014 did produce for me and I’m super excited to get them on the table as they look very nice. Our next show is in Dalton, GA on March 7th. After that, Florence the following weekend.
I don’t think I’ll be able to afford to make Conyers on the next weekend, but then we have Lawrenceburg, TN in April and finally our own RCRC show in New Market (15 minutes away) on April 25th.
I also will be picking up at least 2 new Himalayan does in Dalton and I should be able to breed them when I get home. I’m excited for warmer temperatures and new babies! (If we’re gonna have the cold, we need snow, but so far we’ve just gotten horrible cold.)
