Broken means any color in conjunction with white. Toenails must all match (by either being all dark, or all white. They cannot be mis-matched. Eye color depends on what the base color of the broken animal is. All brokens must have at least 10% color on their body to be showable. If they don’t, they’re referred to as “charlies.” It is preferred that the ears be all one solid color, as must there be complete colored eye circles around the eyes.
A full butterfly is preferred. Absense of any color on the nose is a disqualification. A rabbit may be shown with a half butterfly (only color on one side of the nose) but it’s counted on as a fault and the degree of fault varies from judge to judge.
